News24/680 Photo

As we reported last night, fire at the Slow Hand BBQ location on Oak Park Boulevard in Pleasant Hill did extensive damage to the business Sunday night – only to re-kindle and burn again Monday morning.

Several ConFire units are on scene – responding to reports that the fire had started again at 7:12a.m. This time, however, the blaze caused extensive additional damage to the roof and internal spaces of the already charred building.

No injuries have been reported.

Is it too early to identify a cause of fire? Good to hear that there were no injuries, and that this local business can reopen sooner
than later. Burnt ends comments should be held in abeyance.
