Marsh Creek Escapee Arrested In Vallejo Thursday

Update on Marsh Creek Detention Facility escape:

Gerardo Ramirez-Vera was arrested in a Vallejo hotel room Thursday morning. He was booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.

Jorge Garcia-Escamillia remains outstanding.
