I find taggers abhorrent. Who do they think they are? And this guy is 45 years old and calling himself Mini Bright? Looking forward to clarification regarding mental illness or whatever. And I support your efforts in getting the police to open up and be transparent. It’s kind of a thing in this country. Right?
45 years old? Man-child, find your shame.
Seems a little old to be spraying your name on other peoples property like an unspayed cat.

He’s not too bright. Thus ‘mini-bright’.
I actually think it was an act of anger and resentment towards Walnut Creek.
Possibly, though that robbery end of things seems a little personal.
By all appearances a habitual criminal in need of another lesson. I’ve always felt the sprayers should be made to clean up their messes before being taken to jail. Stupid vandalism.
One would think that by age 45, one would have learned to color “between the lines”. Good catch LEOs.

He should consider another line of work.
Apparently we have some people prowling around these parts at night. I had no idea.
You can only wonder how someone arrives at this late stage of life apparently still committed to the destructive habits of 17 year olds.
