House Fire Reported In Concord Wednesday
Crews battled and quickly knocked down a fire in a home in the 1300 block of Babel Lane in Concord on Wednesday, punching through the roof to extinguish a blaze believed burning in the living room.
Two ambulances were requested shortly after the blaze was reported at 11:07am. Initial reports of a person bloodied and down outside the residence could not be immediately confirmed. Four adults were believed to have been displaced.
Animal Control officers were also requested to help care for five dogs and four kittens recovered from inside the home though they were subsequently called off as their services were not required.
