Fatal Auto Vs Pedestrian Collision In Walnut Creek Thursday

A pedestrian struck by a car at 3100 Oak Road in Walnut Creek suffered a serious head injury and reportedly died later at a local hospital.

The victim, a man believed to be in his 40s, was struck at approximately 6:04pm with fire crews initiating life-saving measures at the scene of the collision.
