On 7/10 a resident on Sierra Dr. called WCPD to report hearing drilling & seeing a light in the area. Officers located Juan Flores-Sandoval who was drilling the ignition of a vehicle parked on the street. He was arrested for suspicion of attempt auto theft and possession of burglary tools.
