Car In Monday Morning Canyon Crash Stolen In Daly City; Occupants Picked Up By Second Car

File

The crash of a white Nissan into a tree at Pinehurst and Canyon roads in Canyon Monday prompted an emergency response as well as one from a secondary vehicle – which reportedly arrived on scene to whisk three of the car’s occupants away while two others were transported to the hospital.

Police and Fire responded to the crash site to find the car blocking the road at approximately 8am Monday, discovering two occupants in the vehicle at the time of the crash suffering from injuries incurred in the collision.

Police determined that the car had been stolen earlier in Daly City and was operating with a punched ignition. It appeared that a second car, also described as a white sedan, appeared at the crash site and picked up three ambulatory passengers before disappearing.
