Police Close Moraga Way In Orinda After Early-Morning Crash Saturday
Lamorinda police closed Moraga Way at Coral Drive in Orinda after a wayward motorist crashed through a power pole and a traffic light at the intersection early Saturday.
Police responded to the area at 1:16 a.m. to find the car and widespread damage. The car’s young driver was detained by police for investigation of DUI and the road was closed due to the extensive damage until repairs could be made.
