Two men approached a cashier at the Walgreens store, 2995 Ygnacio Valley Road, produced a note saying they were armed and demanded cash from the register – which they apparently were handed.
The two masked black male suspects gathered up a small amount of money and apparently some candy and walked out of the business. Police were unable to locate them.
The robbery was reported at approximately 6:54pm.
The cashiers at this store are amazing, always so kind!. I’m sorry they had to go through that.
You bet, and though not as traumatic a heist as some, we agree it was probably no picnic.
Unfortunate that these employees had to be terrorized, but this will continue in soft on crime California until substantial changes are made to our judicial system and elected officials. Hmmm, I was in that store on Saturday, could have had a different outcome.

Always a dollar short and a day late, eh Jeff?
What outcome? You use your concealed weapon and miss? Hitting an innocent person? This is typically the headline in that scenario.
Give them the money, get a description and plate. That’s the absolute best thing you could do.

And sadly they’ll prob be back.
And they grab candy on the way out ? Seriously? What a joke
