Home Burns In Martinez Sunday

Firefighters are currently attempting to gain the upper hand on a fire burning at a home in the 1300 block of Shell Avenue in Martinez.

Witnesses report that the home was heavily engulfed in flame. It was reported at about 4:30 p.m. and a second alarm was called a short time later.
