SWAT Standoff Unfolding In Richmond Sunday
Richmond police and a special weapons team have surrounded a home in the 200 block of S. 5th Street in Richmond Sunday in a so-called “surround and callout” scenario.
Neighboring residences have been evacuated.
Police later said the incident had stemmed from an earlier assault and had been resolved. No further information was given.
