Security precautions appear to stop all but the most dedicated burglar these days – thieves like this guy.
Walnut Creek police say this man scaled the security fence to gain entry into a condo complex courtyard in the downtown area and, after getting in, opened a patio slider, entered a condo, and stole a purse from one of the units.
There was no word if the resident was home at the time of the theft.
The suspect is described as an Asian or White male, 40 years old, 5’10” tall, short hair with a distinctive hairline.
