Benicia Oktoberfest returns to the waterfront on Saturday, September 19, bringing a full day of live music, German food and beer, local vendors and family-friendly fun to the First Street Green in downtown Benicia.

The festival will feature live performances from AlpenBand California, Inspector Gadje and The Billy Martini Show, along with authentic German beer from Weihenstephaner and Oktoberfest favorites including bratwurst, schnitzel, sauerkraut, pretzels and more. Guests can also try Spaghettieis, a traditional German ice cream dessert made to look like a plate of spaghetti.

Families are welcome, with a FREE Mega Kid Zone featuring a bounce house, train rides and other activities for children.

Set along the Carquinez Strait in historic downtown Benicia, the festival makes for an easy day trip from Martinez and communities throughout the 24/680 corridor.
