Suspect Arrested On Gun/Drug Charges After Alleged Brandishing Incident At Concord BART Friday

A 38-year-old San Juan Capistrano resident was arrested on an array of weapon and drug charges following an incident aboard a BART train at Concord station Friday.

Police approached Samuel Walden after he allegedly brandished a weapon during a confrontation aboard a train at 9:21pm Friday.

Walden was taken into custody by BART police and booked on a multitude of charges into the Martinez Detention Facility. Walden’s bail was set at $100,000.
