We enjoy watching them roll by (and there are not so many as to obstruct traffic for any significant amount of time) in the mid-evening (early enough not to disturb any but those with the earliest bedtimes) with their vibrant colors (for safety with good cheer) and upbeat music (just loud enough to appreciate from the sidewalk).
