Walnut Creek, CA… The Diablo Valley Farmers’ Market is hosting their annual Zucchini Car Races on Saturday, June 29th with races starting at 11am. Event highlights include building your very own zucchini race car at market and entering the annual Zucchini Car Race that begins at 11am. Kids and families will love watching the races on a custom built ramp while the community cheers them on. The fastest cars advance to the next heat, grand prizes will be awarded for various winning categories.
The Diablo Valley Certified Farmers’ Market is a location approved by the County Agricultural Commissioner where farmers offer for sale only those fruits and vegetables they grow themselves. The market operates every Sunday from 9am-1pm, year-round. For more information call 800-806-FARM.
