Tis the Season and all but some folks are getting a tad jollier than most and paying the price. Usual cautionary language about drinking and motoring as there can be consequences… as some are finding out tonight.

I remember when Walnut Creek didn’t have drunk drivers. In fact, it only happened after Prop 47 was passed. /s
Amen to that. Since Prop 47 I see more old people in Walnut Creek now, too. They used to be invisible. Now they are everywhere. It was like a moment from Field of Dreams, only not with ballplayers.
