Blitz-Style Hammer Robbery At Sun Valley Mall Jewelers Sunday
Concord PD Cpl. Blakely fills us in on an aggressive sledge-hammer smash and grab at Kay Jewelers at the Sun Valley Mall in Concord Sunday.
No injuries and they’re still doing an inventory to determine their loss but it got everyone’s attention and it wasn’t fun.
Suspects at large.

I’m not sure your post is relevant. This was not simple shoplifting, and the penalties under existing law are severe for this level of intimidation and dollar-value theft.

Maybe have a VERY loud alarm or siren go off during a robbery. Might scare them off and would attract a lot of witnesses.
