… from Lafayette Public Works for coming out to clean up after an extensive overnight graffiti attack on El Curtola Bridge in Lafayette.

Let us be PERFECTLY CLEAR (and to use all caps): This graffiti was NOT left by demonstrators who came out in support of Israeli hostages – and did so without incident – yesterday. The graffiti was left by an ANTI-Israel faction who came in OVERNIGHT and left some pretty nasty stuff scrawled on the same bridge in an apparent, nocturnal counter protest – only with paint.

Okay? Got it?

Someone ALWAYS has to clean up someone else’s mess, and in this case it was these guys.

  1. I guess it was to be expected that this issue would make its way here. Both Israel and Palestine have many problems to fix but there is no place for political terrorism in a civilised world. The Palestinian people need to divest themselves of Hamas.

  2. I don’t understand the American proletariat’s love affair with terrorists. Worse, the prols have somehow infiltrated teachers’ unions and formerly elite universities to indoctrinate many who were raised to know better.

  3. So one group demonstrates for its cause openly and in the light of day. The other comes at night – with spray paint. Who to support?

    • And if the bad guys don’t release the hostages…because why would they? And the hundreds of thousands of captive Gazans starve to death or to the point of abnormal development, then, what THEN is your suggestion? Do you have another bumper sticker solution?

    • “The People of Gaza” voted for Hamas, they are getting exactly what they voted for. Just as we get what “we” vote for in the Bay Area.

      • Well, I’m just guessing here, but the Peace and Prosperity Party must not have been a ballot choice when they voted in the fenced-off Gaza ghetto for rations, medical care, and ultraviolence, and similarly, the Russians keep re-electing Putin because they love him so.

  4. Hope for the release of the hostages and a safe and secure future for the innocent people of Palestine but if you vandalize my home town I hope they throw you in jail.

    • “Hope for the release of the hostages and a safe and secure future for the innocent people of Palestine” I do too.

“but if you vandalize my home town I hope they throw you in jail.”
      I do too.

That said, can you comprehend the magnitude, the scale, of your discrepant wishes.
