I-680 Gets Messy Monday

Flash subscribers got early word of a camper-trailer crash on I-680 today, an unfortunate motorist losing control of his tow and colliding with the center divide near El Pintado.

The camper, unfortunately, broke up and spilled across the freeway – causing backups in both directions.

Motorists also reported a woman driver allegedly brandishing a pistol while driving north on I-680 near Bollinger Canyon Road. Reports that a woman was detained and weapon confiscated could not be immediately confirmed.
