Walnut Creek Police Say Alleged Car Raider Went Shopping On Someone Else’s Card

Walnut Creek police released some store surveillance images of a man they say broke into a car the evening of July 10, using a stolen credit card taken in the burglary the next day at a local store.

    Do not leave valuables, such as credit card, in unattended vehicle. How difficult is it to take it with you?

      Apparently pretty difficult for a lot of people because I see them doing it all the time.

    At this point anyone silly enough to leave their purse or computer or personal items in a car shouldn’t call police if they get ripped off. There have been plenty of warnings.
