Alamo Ace Hardware Stormed By Carload Of Crooks Thursday

A Hyundai Sonata with six people aboard stormed the Ace Hardware store at 3211 Danville Blvd in Alamo Thursday – the driver of the car threatening to run down store employees while the car’s five male occupants took items from the store before escaping.

Witnesses reported that the dark green car was carrying blue and yellow temporary plates with “Bay Area Motors” on them. They said the driver was a black female with cornrows and wearing a white tank top.

No one is believed injured though, again, this incident is very fresh. The thieves took a variety of items, including tools, from the store.
