Mountain Lion Spotted On Woodside Drive In Lafayette Wednesday

Lafayette police advised residents of their city of a mountain lion sighted in the 3300 block of Woodside Drive near Hidden Valley Wednesday.

Police advise residents not to panic, to secure access to outbuildings and to bring pets indoors.

Contact police dispatch at 925.284.5010 if you are lucky enough to observe the cat, but don’t take direct action yourself. They are really best left alone.
