Strong-arm Robbery Triggers Neighborhood Search In Walnut Creek Sunday
Walnut Creek police searched neighborhoods surrounding the 7Eleven on N. Main Street this afternoon following a strong-arm robbery during which a lone suspect reportedly made off with a victim’s watch.
Neighbors and Flashers reported police in their area following the crime, with a police drone overhead and armed officers searching a specific area on Casa Way after the suspect was reportedly spotted nearby.
Despite the police presence and technology, the suspect apparently managed to elude the cordon.
