Readers responded to our alerts of a rash of fires originating from a home on Crestwood Court in Concord on Sunday, that fire sparking others.
Firefighters arrived to find the home’s garage fully engulfed in flame, along with a family car. Within minutes the blaze had extended into the residence and spread to nearby vegetation. A second house fire was also reported.
In the end, a total of three residents were reported displaced with the Red Cross called on to find them shelter. Animal control was also notified of a pet dog injured in the blaze.
The cause of the blaze was not given.
