Postal Carrier Robbed Of Keys, Phone In Walnut Creek Friday

A postal carrier was attacked and robbed at Hillside Avenue and Parkside Drive in Walnut Creek on Friday, two men taking the worker’s postal keys and a cell phone.

The theft was reported at 3:57 p.m. with police looking for a white Honda sedan with two masked males aboard.

The worker was not believed to have been injured.

  1. Hope the large reward results in an arrest, conviction and prison time for the crooks. Federal crime!
    Honda was probably stolen.

    • Oh that’s right: Federal crime means our local DAs & Judges can’t just turn them loose with no consequences.

      It depends on how many credit cards, washed checks, social security numbers, etc get stolen with those keys.
