Crews Using Break In Weather To Restore Power To Neighborhoods
A large swath of the 24/680 remains without power Monday as crews continue their work untangling downed power lines and snapped support poles.
Utility crews worked through the night to restore power to stricken neighborhoods in Walnut Creek and Danville, with progress being reported but thousands still without power.
