Walnut Creek PD officers take a man into custody after an incident near N. California Boulevard and Ygnacio Valley Road Tuesday evening.

  We’re not exactly certain as the police are disinclined to share their information but we believe there was either a reported theft OR reports of a suspicious person in that area previously.
