Missing Your Mail? Concord Postal Carrier Robbed At Gunpoint Thursday
A Concord mail carrier was held at gunpoint as his mail and packages were taken by up to three armed men Thursday.
The getaway car with reportedly Nevada plates and gunmen is still at large. Happened on Salem St. just off Mendocino Dr.
A large Concord Police presence at the scene about 1:30pm.
Agents were dusting the mail unit, and searching for evidence including any witnesses. Reward offered for information leading to arrests.
News of a second armed robbery, this time in Danville, is just coming in (4:29pm).
