We wrote about some revelers who ran afoul of law enforcement after time at a local bar in downtown Walnut Creek early Sunday, things getting even hotter when a group of young women allegedly joined the fray.
Officers assigned to the downtown area reportedly spotted a fight break out in front of a local bar, moving in to disperse a crowd of brawlers. While police were attempting to restore order someone stated that a pistol had fallen onto the ground during the fight and that one of the women had allegedly picked it up.
Police approached the women and detained a few of them, arresting one on weapons charges after the pictured pistol was allegedly found in her waistband.
Ooopsie.
What is happening to Walnut Creek!
By 1:30 in the morning, Bourbon Highway had been closed for a couple of hours (or more).
What bar was it? Crogan’s is closed. 108RS
Is this part of the “downtown living at its finest” lifestyle the real estate agents like to talk so much about?
Almost like living in downtown Oaktown now, be prepared. 108RS

My old radio car sign for many years. 108RS
She looked like a lettuce wrap by the time the cops were done with her.
Did she get any thumps? Carry a gun and you’d get thumps BITD. 108RS
It’s no secret that things heat up on the street after the bars close. That’s why the police are in place at that time.
That is just swell….
