“I Am Hydra” – Water Monster Walks In Walnut Creek
It’s raining pretty steadily so, sure… time for a hydrant shear!
Michele Hedley forwards this shot of a water monster up and walking at a construction site across from the Walnut Creek Target store.
Michele says Hydra has been gushing for a while with the fire people on site and trying to stem the flow – pity the poor probie they send in to shut it off!
