Serial Robber Keeps Trying – In San Ramon Valley And Elsewhere, Apparently

Earlier today, Friday, the pictured gentleman attempted to rob two banks in San Ramon, according to police.

Investigators say the man is also suspected of attempting robberies at several other banks in the area, including branches in Danville, Dublin, and Mountain View.

In most of the cases he appeared to approach businesses or victims on foot but police believe he may be associated with a black BMW or Mercedes sedan.

They ask that if you were in the area of Crow Canyon Road and Crow Canyon Place around 11:00 am today and have any information that could help us identify this person, to please contact Detective Ryan at 925-973-2742 or via email at mryan@sanramon.ca.gov.

    He wouldn’t be allowed in without a mask. And a bank robber is not a “gentleman.” Attempted robberies at other banks? How hard is it to rob a bank?
