A lone thief made off with an undetermined amount of money after a morning robbery at the Wells Fargo Bank branch, 1499 N. Main Street early Saturday.
The suspect, described as a white male, about 5′ 10″-tall with a stocky build, entered the bank shortly after 9 a.m., approaching a teller and making off with an unspecified amount of money. No weapon was seen and no one was believed injured.
The robber is believed to have tried to conceal his identity by wearing a hoodie or hooded sweater.
Common sense tells me it’s not safe inside the bank. That’s where they keep all that money!
