Man Threatens To Jump From Platform At Walnut Creek BART Thursday
UPDate: Patrons reporting that the man has been brought down from the platform, walking toward an ambulance at ground level of the station (2:07 p.m.)
ORIGINAL POST: A portion of the Walnut Creek BART station has been closed and further restrictions may be made as police and fire personnel move to assist a man threatening to jump from the platform if approached.
Passengers and police first became aware of the situation at around 1:30 p.m.

Everyone just hitting their limit lately.
Iām going to sound like a broken record… no Bart PD patrolling/presence = all mentally ill, homeless, addicts, etc. are free to do whatever they want. Are Bart officials waiting for someone like this kill themselves or a passenger to get seriously injured before they step up policing in stations and trains?
