San Ramon police are attempting to locate a man they say held up the Pacific Service Credit Union branch at 2005 Crow Canyon Place Wednesday afternoon.

The robbery occurred at about 4:57 p.m. and is believed to be the latest in a string of stickups carried out by the same man. Police provided several photos of the suspect captured during previous robberies.

No one was believed injured during Wednesday’s incident.

On Thursday, police named their suspect in this case as Joshua Gordon, 41, a 6’-0”, 170-lb transient they say frequents the Bay Area and Washington state.

He is believed to have a goatee and is carrying a pistol in his waistband, which he brandished during yesterday’s incident.

  1. I don’t care where he works, what country he’s served or anything else. A 250 lb. man with a gun is a threat. All I care about is hopefully no one was hurt, and he needs to be caught.
