  1. When choosing a doctor, this confirms my reasoning for “female only.” Unfortunately, you can’t choose the gender of your nursing assistants. The last thing a patient should have to worry about is sexual assault. How many victims are still out there?

    • @Danielle – Remains to be seen, we’re afraid. Does create a potential crisis of faith in our caregivers, whom we trust in so much. We’ll see where this one goes.

  2. This is terrible. From the burglary I guess they are saying he entered her room and stole?

  3. Innocent until proven guilty. I hope this woman knows the seriousness of her allegations before moving forward.

    • @Kristina – Always valid, Kristina, though we are aware that the DA’s office does carefully scrutinize individual cases before bringing them forward. But you are right, the allegations are yet to be proven.

  4. People are only innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. I hope this defendant knows the seriousness of his crimes. Anyone who understands how the DA’s office works – oh, never mind. I hate when people defend those who deserve no defense. It’s pathetic. Having worked in hospitals for years, patients do NOT make up sexual assault while in the hospital. That’s the last thing on their mind.
