Fatal Plane Crash Reported In Concord Tuesday

A small plane reportedly making practice landings at Buchanan Field in Concord apparently stalled and crash at Concord Avenue and Diamond Boulevard – killing the pilot.  Initial indications are that only one person was aboard.
