Downtown Pleasant Hill Announces FREE August 21 Summer Concert Featuring The Cheeseballs
Free, Family-Friendly Performances Held Monthly Through September
The music heats up in Downtown Pleasant Hill this summer as the Annual Summer Concert Series continues with a sizzling July performance by The Cheeseballs on Thursday, August 21, from 7:00–9:00 p.m. at Crescent Drive Plaza in front of Jack’s Restaurant & Bar.
The Cheeseballs continues to thrill audiences around the country with their non-stop funk, 80s new wave and current hits.
The free Summer Concert Series is one of Pleasant Hill’s most anticipated seasonal traditions, offering a diverse lineup of live performances from June through September. Concerts are held on select Thursday and Friday evenings, creating the perfect midweek escape for residents and visitors alike.
2025 Lineup:
All concerts from 7:00–9:00 p.m.
- June 20 – Neon Velvet (Funk, Soul + R&B)
- July 17 – Patron Latin Rhythms (Latin Jazz & Rock, Mambo, Latin Funk)
- August 21 – The Cheeseballs (Funk, Soul + R&B)
- September 18 – Foreverland (Michael Jackson Tribute Band)
In addition to the fantastic live music, concertgoers can enjoy dining and shopping at the many nearby restaurants and retailers, with businesses along Crescent Drive open during and after the shows.
