Cars Catching Fire In A Deluge? Hey, It Happens…

Along with cars slipping and rolling off our roadways a few were catching fire despite the rainfall Wednesday.

Sean McDonough found the smoky remains of this car in the 3000 block of Oak Road in Walnut Creek and a few of the firefighters recognized him from their last fire together – a garbage truck.

So, burning/splody cars are a thing, even during a bombagenesis storm.
