Draeger’s Blackhawk Gets A New Water Feature Saturday

Patrons of the Draeger’s supermarket in Blackhawk Plaza may have thought the store had added a Bellagio-style fountain to its parking lot Saturday morning but the towering water creature born at 10:19 a.m. was actually the result of an errant delivery truck hitting a hydrant.

The fire department was called out to help shut down the gusher.
