Player Clears The Court In Walnut Creek Tuesday
Officers responded to 24Hour Fitness location in Walnut Creek tonight after a basketball game reportedly got a little heated and a player allegedly pulled a gun.
One player was seen leaving the business with blood on his shirt – believed to have been the result of aggressive defense instead of gunplay.
There were no known arrests.

Back in the day when I played pickup hoops, we had a saying about aggressive defense: “no blood, no foul”
There may have been some raised voices and an occasional push/shove but never the brandishing of a firearm.
I was always the fan of using a firm hand check….
