Shooting Under Investigation In Concord Tuesday, One Wounded
One person was shot and wounded in an apparent drive-by shooting near the 2200 block of Huron Drive and Esperanza in Concord Monday. The victim either drove himself or was driven to an area hospital in a car pocked by a bullet hole through a window.
All information is preliminary and unconfirmed but initial reports establish the time of the shooting at approximately 4 p.m.
The victim’s medical status is not known at this time and police have yet to release any information due to the recent nature of the incident.
We’ll have more if and when additional information becomes available.
