A lot of you doubters out there didn’t believe us when we said there was a crash at Taylor and Withers in Lafayette this morning – a few of you more determined skeptics (are there still any of you left?) going so far as to suggest putting money on it sooo… pay up.
Or subscribe. It would be cheaper than making bets with us!

One man injured in the crash with firefighters working to free him from the wreckage of his car. Good job by crews at the scene… as for you doubters, not so much.
I never have any doubts about 24/680

Thanks! And thanks for riding with us!
I find it odd that there are some in the neighborhood that would hang the “dubious” sign on your reporting.
Your track record from my standpoint speaks for itself. You may proceed and “as you were”.
More on the way on a busy day… couldn’t do it without you and those like you, Jeff!
If they doubt this site then why are they following?
Nice catch RetCoCoMed!
Among the many other imponderables we’re confronted with on a regular basis:
“I come here for news, not about things happening in Washington D.C.”
“If you want to be taken seriously…” Trust us, we are taken very, very seriously.
“If you don’t a.) remove b.) edit c.) change your post or comments I’m going to unfollow…” Go ahead. We don’t like threats.
“How come no one else is reporting this?” They usually do – a day or three later. We rely on our own news judgment.
If a non-opinion article appears here, you can depend on its accuracy. This is old school reporting, in the best sense.
