One person was killed and four others injured after a multi-vehicle rollover crash at Sycamore Valley Road and Camino Ramon Saturday.
The collision was reported at 1:15 p.m. when a pickup traveling east on Sycamore Valley Road and carrying several people bound for an area celebration was broadsided by a second car – spinning the truck until it turned over at the intersection.
Upon arrival, officers found a minivan and a truck involved in a major traffic collision, with the truck overturned.
Ad adult passenger from the truck succumbed to their injuries on scene and was pronounced deceased. The adult driver of the truck sustained minor injuries, and two other passenger, an adult and a teenager, were not injured. The minivan driver sustained minor injuries and was the sole occupant of the vehicle. The two drivers and two passengers were transported to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek.
