This guy should be kept off the streets as he is a menace to a civilized society. A Glock with an extended magazine is a VERY serious charge. This would qualify as an enhancement. Wonder what criminal background he has. Donโ€™t think this is his first rodeo. Afraid we will be hearing about him in the future. Hope the courts do their due diligence.

“A Glock with an extended magazine is a VERY serious charge.”

That depends. The extended magazine by itself is just a misdemeanor / infraction “wobbler,” so not really that serious. The Glock, if carried concealed without a permit, is just a misdemeanor — unless it turns out to be stolen or otherwise not lawfully possessed by the suspect, which could make it a felony if DA Becton doesn’t make a plea deal for a lower level charge. I’d say odds of the gun being stolen / otherwise not lawfully possessed are better than even here.
