Two armed men reportedly confronted a victim in the 200 block of Buck Creek Court in Martinez on Friday, taking the victim’s watch and phone before escaping in a blue Grand Jeep Cherokee.
No injuries were reported during the theft, made known to police shortly after 4 p.m.
The suspects were described only as 2 black males in their late teens or early 20s, wearing masks and armed with pistols.
I’m wondering how many crimes this duo committ each week? 7? 10?.. or maybe only one each week is enough to make their income. But that’s 52 a year. And I bet you anything they’ve been arrested numerous times and keep being let loose again.
With scary, is thay this as an out of the way location which shows they’re just cruising around looking to attack someone. I’m fed up with this. This is not right!

Was this the reason for the helicopters circling the area on Friday? Were they caught?
Yes. And… we don’t believe so though there have been arrests in the intervening days and we don’t know if any were related.
That’s a very nice neighborhood where this crime took place. Maybe they will be installing a gate at the entrance.
