From us? We put out two Flash alerts.
Really snarled things up out there. How many people did we lose?
Terrible day to be on the road was passed by speeders more often than if the road was bone dry.
Sending Prayers to everyone 🙏🏿involved and to the family of the victim (s)
Terrible crash
Why no official release on this crash???
Condolences. Awful crash.
Speed? Seatbelt?
A woman was killed in 2019 when she hit that same traffic pole. It’s a relatively new traffic pole, I thought breakaway poles were standard these days. The pole is a safety hazard and needs to be relocated or replaced or it will likely cause more fatalities in the future.
I don’t know what pole he hit, but if it was for the traffic signals I’ve never seen them as breakaway poles. I think they have to resist too much load in normal circumstances to be breakaway. On freeways regular light poles are typically breakaway unless they’re behind guardrail.
