A man was robbed at gunpoint and his Rolex watch taken in the area of Country Club Plaza and Orinda Way, at least one suspect escaping the area in a small SUV, possibly a Range Rover.
The robbery was reported at approximately 4:15 p.m. with a masked and hooded suspect approaching the victim, brandishing a pistol and taking the watch. The victim was not believed injured.
A second individual was believed to have been waiting in the car ready to drive away.
An initial description of the gunman was a male of unknown race, approximately 5′ 5″ to 5′ 6″, 150-160 pounds, last seen in a black Range Rover.
