Two Wounded In Concord Shooting Early Wednesday

Two people were shot and wounded in a Meadow Lane apartment in Concord Wednesday after a gunman opened fire on them with a pistol.

The pair were reported shot at around 12:47 a.m. in an apartment building in the 1100 block Meadow. Both were taken to area hospitals with serious gunshot wounds.

Their assailant reportedly left the scene in a dark sedan.
