Oakland Man Arrested After Allegedly Pulling A Gun At Orinda BART Tuesday

An Oakland man was arrested after allegedly pulling a weapon on a patron and taking his backpack at Orinda BART Tuesday.

The 26-year-old suspect was taken into custody by Orinda and BART police just outside the station at about 12:05 p.m.

The patrol reportedly told a train operator that a man and drawn a weapon of unspecified type and forcibly taken his backpack. The weapon was not recovered.
